Quiet Riot - Inside You (4:50)

From:
II

Hmmm.. Methinks something is fishy here. The cover art says Hardline II. Sounds like Quiet Riot...
Heaven & Hell - Rock And Roll Angel (6:02)

Black Sabbath continues....
From:
Gods Loyal To Odin

Hmmm... I think there is a reason they went with the name Heaven & Hell instead of Black Sabbath...
Hutt....

Great classic Black (Sabbath) & Blue (Oysetr Cult) requests back to back!

Voivod - Golem (4:47)

Holy crap, where did that album come from? I thought I was the only one that owned that one. Glad it is here, it's freaky, but like it...

more than just the singer :D Drumer and Guitarist too....Bass Player was in Soul Motor and Tommy Skeoch was in jail.

Dale, your facts need some correction...

History of Bar 7 --- After going into hiatus with Tesla in 1996, lead vocalist Jeff Keith and guitarist Tommy Skeoch, who just became sober, wanted to continue playing music on their own, somehow continuing the line of hard rock/blues Tesla brought in. They recruited guitarist Ray Hinkley and former Flame members bassist Steve Smith and drummer Denis Bostok. One album was released, The World Is a Freak, in 2000 by Sindrome Records.

It was only JK and Tommy's side project....no Frank, Troy and/or Brian. Now granted, this info came directly from Wikipedia, so I might have changed it, LOL!!!

DDave Frank did replace Tommy briefly after the album was released but then they reformed Telsa and Bar7 went away...but ya your right

.. and Frank Hannon was in Moon Dog Mane at that time.
W.A.S.P. - Mean Man (4:52)

From: First Blood, Last Cuts

DJ SAM is freaky.....AGAIN!!! I requested this EXACT tune from a Random Request Green. WOW, how does this happen?!? Don't get me wrong...I am glad my tune got played, but no dedication, LOL!!!

Oh well, you all can look forward to my MEAN block, hehehehe!!!

I wonder how Jason Becker is doing?
Read an interview with him recently. Given his situation, he's doing pretty well. I really admire him and his positive attitude.
Good to hear.

Yes, I've visited his website in the past, and his positive attitude is inspiring. Whenever anyone has that "woe is me" attitude they should read what he has to say.
I know I'm getting old when I see the Rocklahoma line up includes "Rock Legends" Godsmack, Saliva & Chevelle. I must have missed a few years somewhere along the line, not real sure when these bands became legends.

Chevelle is headlining at Rocklahoma? Who the F is Chevelle? I think my Grandma drove a Chevelle about 40 years ago

Chevelle came out in '95 ('95, for Chrissakes!) and is one of those "I-sound-like-any-other-generic-pop/metal/nu/whatever-the-fuck-you-wanna-call-it" bands. And none of those bands should be playing there!

UPDATE: DAMN! Looking at the lineup, there's only like 4 or 5 bands I'd even wanna see. I guess Rocklahoma's gone to hell, too.

I know, I saw that!! I think I saw 4 bands that I would actually pay to see, and about 40 that I wouldnt see if they paid me.
Saw the line up last week; and yep, for the most part it completely blows. Sounds closer to a Warped Tour line up than what Rocklahoma's been about. Looks like they're loading up with "Soccer Mom" metal this year.
