Been trying to get into chat for few days now. Apparently some settings on this PC prevents that. Not my PC, so..

Anyway, how are you? Kick anyone's ass yet?

hey there. yeah as a matter of fact, some dude attacked me in the elevator a few weeks back and I did kick his ass. or well, crotch. lol. :D.

i'm in the application process for the police school here, so i've been busy with prep and all. passed several assessments already - online, in-house, pft (personal fitness test) and the interview round. next step, seeing their doc to see that i'm fine physically, and then they'll be checking my references and all - and make a final decision on june 7th. that'd be kinda cool if i got in :).

how are you otherwise?

Hahaha...

I'm ok. Not getting enough play time these days.. Especially at night.

Police! Nice. It is kinda cool and honorable job. Good luck.

I'll try to remember to upload it - tonight if I can.

This is the second song from this album that has played this morning. I have to say I am digging it. On the first one I initially thought it was Glenn Hughes singing, but this one sounds like the original singer, minus the annoying falsetto that he wore out (IMHO) on the early records.

I am sure you know this, but it's a "cover" of a Steel Dragon tune from the ROCKSTAR soundtrack. I can see why they did it since Steelheart's singer did alot of the vocal work as Steel Dragon "behind the scenes" singer.

You stated that backwards? This Steelheart album was out way before they did that movie. Also dig the Sammy Hagar song used in the movie.

Who uploaded this one? Man, these albums are really hard to come by. I've been digging for some of these releases for ever.

I always liked this tune/vid that used to come across MTV now and then (Scared for Life::

OOPS!!! I didn't realize that since that Steelheart album just recently came to light......for me that is ;) Thanks for the save.

BTW, I like the Steel Dragon version better.
I agree all the versions from "Steel Dragon" were better. I mean how can you go wrong with Zach Wylde, Jeff Pilsen, Jason Boham. Jeff Scott Soto is the voice on 2 tracks in the actual Movie - He is the voice of the original singer that Mark Walhberg replaces and then Mark's vocals are Mili's. I have an annual showing of that movie!

I just knew you'd play this tune!!! Love that movie, too. Just fun stuff and the "what if" factor is cool. Dream do come true, but at what price?!?

When's your next showing???

Hey guys, thought on the Rock Star movie. What did you think of the end? I thought the movie was cool, but was bummed at the end when he became, what seemed like, some lounge grunge singer. It seemed like it was a crack on the metal scene. I think it would have been cooler if he went and started some power metal band in Germany or something..hehehehe
I very well may have missed the point.
Eitherway, Jennifer Aniston is smoking in the movie!
