Dude this is so remarkable it is worthy of mention...first, z2h requests the 5150 cover of this track a mere 25 mins ago and now Sam serves up a second helping and make it Live for Friday!!!!!

that's what I was thinking B)

who says the station is broken? :smashpc:
For all the complaints, the queue sure is full today. I put in 5 requests which still haven't shown up, and Dale and Grinder have blocks after mine. That's at least 25 songs waiting to play!
I agree. Havent seen it take this long to get to my requests in a long long time.

Many bugs to still work out but Lizzy is cool so let's grab one from that L listing. --> Skulls - bumped them to a 3..I will have to give them a listen and see if I can put them to a 2..bugs..yes...working on them as best I can right now...

Thanks for the appended info Chris! :horns: :beerme:
3 is better, but I agree they should be a 2. They released 3 power metal albums in the 80s, the first may be a bit rough around the edges, but check out this one from 1988:

If this is anything but a 4 why even have ratings?

If this is anything but a 4 why even have ratings?Sisters Doll a 4? They could have just got off a bus in 1988 on the Hollywood strip. 2 by definition for sure!
They sound like Blink 182 discovered Crashdiet and thought they were actually from the 80s.
> They sound like Blink 182 discovered Crashdiet and thought they were actually from the 80s.
Not sure what stream your listening to but the Triumph song was about the same in structure and sound minus being 32 years older.

All good at least the queue is full and we all hearing stuff we like.

I like this CD, but I'd rate it a 3 based on the fact that nobody outside of 3 or 4 of us have ever heard of this band (My rating system.)

I like this CD, but I'd rate it a 3 based on the fact that nobody outside of 3 or 4 of us have ever heard of this band (My rating system.)RCC - the ratings are most definitely not about popularity. It is about genre and fit of original format. If it was about popularity I would have to start a political campaign to rally support :hbang1:

IMO, you have to factor popularity/name recognition into the equation to attract new listeners.

Thanks Ironskulls. :beerme:

Your observation is salient and I feel it's important enough to re-emphasize...

HR80s - even with the new dedication "restrictions" - has an unmatched library on the net!!!

We are fortunate to have this place I like to call my "Home for all things Hard Rock & Heavy Metal"

Yes, good point (though I would still like to see Screamer upgraded from a 4 to a 2 B) ).
