When this tune came out, I was dating a girl named Carrie, and we were in the process of breaking up (really, no shit). So the timing of this tune could not have been more perfect, or not so perfect as it was kind of a hard breakup for both of us.
She was a cool rock chick (her car tag read "SHAKE ME"), but it was just not working out and we decided it was best to part ways. She ended up moving to VA to run a record store.

Amazing how this music can take me back, in pure living color, to times in my life......
> Hey crew! Wasn't able to get in earlier. Was wondering if it was my work server or the site.

The site. Still not working right - kinda slow. And my little timer thingy keeps spinning round and round like the page is continually trying to load. :smashpc:

Your post reminded me off my first trip from Virginia to Florida. I took a Greyhound Bus from Springfield, Virginia to Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. Worst trip ever! I'm not saying that Florida was bad, because it wasn't. It was bad, because I on that damn bus for 26 hours straight. We stopped in ever little town on the way. We even drove through a KKK rally in Alabama. That was the first and last trip on a Greyhound bus.

No bus thankfully! But, our Mercury Mariner gets mighty SMALL on a 14 hour drive. My wife sits in the back with my son and plays movies while I drive.

This reminds me alot of the Wrath albums I uploaded that are now in Sam. I do not know much Jag Panzer. I need to explore their catalog a bit more

Unfortunately (if I remember correctly), Jag Panzer just recently called it quits. Bummer, since I liked their music, too. But that doesn't mean we can't enjoy it post-breakup!!! So CRANK IT UP!!!

Got it, and fixed the year. :)
HAPPY 80'S DAY!!! :hbang1: :hbang1: :hbang1:

Hey Chris, just wondering if that stat regarding members currently online is correct? Over 8400 guests online right now? Really? Great if it is true! If not, then what is it?

Just one more random thought rolling around in my melon
Anthrax - Caught In A Mosh

Ok.

That is totally insane...SAM selects this song while I am in the process of requesting it...

I often find myself requesting artists that are in the cue but not on the visible listing but the EXACT song???

Pretty darn B)

> Mornin' crew! Well we survived one hell of a blast here in central/upper MD. Only reason we got power back in my area already is because poles went down in the street and it became a monster safety issue (as well as there is only one main route in and out of that part of the county). Still lots out around MD. One thing I can't wait is for that shower tonight, man I feel dirty!

Glad all is well in your part of the world!!
Stay safe!
> Megadeth - Holy Wars... The Punishment Due (6:33)

> From: Rust In Peace

Hey?!? SAM is up to his old tricks again. Stole my request!!! Either that or great minds think alike, and remember his is a computer program, hahaha!!!

I know I am enjoying MY request of this killer tune from MegaDave and da boyz!!!
> New England - Walking Wild (3:34)

These guys were listening to Flock of Seagulls when they made this record.
> Overkill - Wrecking Crew (4:32)
> (By Request)

> From: Taking Over

I've never been a big Overkill fan, but this song is killer and brought back memories.
Back in the late 80's I worked with a land survey crew and all of us were metal heads. It was a thing back then for each crew to have a nickname. My co-worker and friend Mike (rip) was a huge Overkill fan so he dubbed us "The Wrecking Crew".

Another shared Ironskulls metal flash back :horns:
> Iced Earth - Valley Forge (4:48)

I was actually thinking of riding my bike there this weekend. (Valley Forge, not Iced Earth - it hasn't iced over yet - got a few months before that).
I'm apologizing early!!
I had a good block idea - but did not realize most of the songs I chose were over 7 minutes.
Sorry gang
Nothing wrong with that as long as they are good songs!;)
> Nothing wrong with that as long as they are good songs!

i see them in queue already - hope you enjoy them lab!!
Sounds like its Yngwie Wednesday! :hbang1:
Steel Panther - Fat Girl (4:38)
From: Feel The Steel

Song Dedication
Song was not dedicated

I hate to admit it but this song actually was dedicated, just so I could share my latest joke with y'all.

How do you give a fat chick a sex change? Throw her in the lake and she becomes buoyyyy.
