Heh...to be rate-able, it would be request-able...so...That's where my concern is...
Will look into how guests can rate songs...thought I'd disabled that...
The Kill the wabbit is meant to be tongue in cheek parody of elmer fudd...I can understand that it's a polarizing song, so I'll see about keeping it in or ditching it...might be a good survey ;)

yeah...been reviewing ratings...found a user or two that have been putting a large % of ratings at 1's or very low...I've pm'd them, and we'll see what happens...Go from there...Good thing is that I can adjust things if needed much more easily than I could in the past...

Personally, I can't stand it, mainly because I hear it so often - at least a couple of times a week. Maybe if it was even more random I could put up with it.
I know we've been over this before, but as for ratings, they are someone's opinion. As we all know rock or metal music encompasses a lot of different musical styles. Some I love, some I hate, and I will rate accordingly. Unless a user is rating everything a 1 just to be an asshole, I believe they have the right to rate it however they want. That's what it's there for!

I completely Agree with that...However, when 75% of the songs someone rates is a 1...
Someone (i.e. me) may wonder why you even tune into the station in the first place? If 75% of the songs you rate (translation=hear) suck, why tune in? Find that station that plays all black finnish death hamster rodent rock or whatever niche you really enjoy...I guess that's where I was going with my emails to select folks :)
I wasn't meaning to tell anyone to not rate songs a 1, but to see a) what they'd do differently (i.e. how we can improve) and b) to make them aware that they are rating a high proportion of songs as 1's...

I'm cool, just venting a bit, cuz I can. I'm sure everyone has just as much going on, but damn, everything seems to happen at one time (and I didn't even mention having to go to my daughters school to meet the new inclusion helper, pt and ot people also.) Geez! :blink:
