Hey Ironskulls either SAM read your mind (unlikely) or something mighty odd is going on especially since you just mentioned you wanted to request this specific tune but it was unavailable....

> Even our Philly rock station, who plays some pretty varied music, does't really play Britny Fox either. I do hear Cinderella from time to time.

> We have a station in Southern WI that still rocks pretty well, 105.9 the Hog. Heres the latest playlist ( im not listening, got it on line )

I recently got a new car, which came with an HD radio. I've found quite a bit of music I never knew existed, including "Rock Nation" which does exactly that. They do sprinkle in the Nu-Metal, but also carry Nikki Sixx's "Sixx Sense", which is pretty cool. I've been listening to that on the drive home as of late.
> Nice band variety for one or two songs out of their respective catalogs...

During the day, yes. Especially Tesla. They do have other songs besides Signs. But nights and weekends you will hear deeper tracks. I even hear some Dream Theater on occasion.
Dream Theater on the FM airwaves today?

That is indeed a first methinks...

Back in "the day" I remember "Pull Me Under" hitting the Godfather's Saturday Night Metal Show on 99.5 KISS here in San Antonio... :hbang1:

I doubt we have anything that hi-tech here. But having satellite is a life savior ( kind of like what you wear, not what you suck on ) Try driving 5 hours through Iowa without satellite...I'd aim my car for the first oncoming semi if I didnt have satellite just to put me outa my misery!

Hey 'skulls, what's with all the hits?
Poison

> I went with the first release and the first song that got out there form these guys (they originally hailed from Reading PA although many think they were from LA).

Poison are actually from Mechanicsburg, which is near Harrisburg in south central PA. Reading, which is only about 30 minutes from me, is in eastern PA. That is where Richie Kotzen and Arthurs Museum hail from.

Keir,

I started doing hits blocks the other day going down the alphabet and decided to keep it rolling since I had quite a few letters to go, even though I usually do power metal blocks on Wed.

Liking the power metal bands I see in the que :hbang1:
That's cool. It's actually kind of nice hearing some of the songs that got this station started in the first place.
> Listener Dedication:
> Didn't think I was going to have a full block of 5 German power metal songs with Holy in the title, but actually there were even more to choose from.

Guess this makes you the high priest of power metal...

Thank you SAM...I have never heard this band...great track!!! :horns:
That song really got my attention too. I had always passed Seven Witches off as good but nothing special. Now I think I'm going to have to get that album.

Now I know folks from Texas get a hard time about our grammar and diction in the English language...but is anyone else having a rough time reading this band's website?

:huh:Weird! I updated the link to go to their facebook page. I also changed the genre to Heavy Metal because no way are they a death metal band.
