> Nice! Liking what I have heard off this....I just bought this album off Ebay for a few and have it showing up with the Artillery album I got also. Can't wait until the package shows up in the mail later this week!

Ironskuls, Dale, Walt.
Agreed.
I have one more song which is not in the library. "Black Widow" (UK bonus track) would be a great addition. Smokin' track. Anyone can upload it? Or I just pass the track to Dale and let he upload it? Let see if time permits.
For all those that wish Def Leppard would make a record that sounds like the High N Dry era, Pantera pulled it off with this record and certainly this song. Reminds me of "Me and My Wine"
From:
Metal Generation

Huh? Was I listening to the right song? That sounded more like music from "Peace Sells..."
Turbo, you are right. I selected the wrong song. I meant to play "All Over Tonight". I knew I did that too fast. Should know better than to be working at the same time I'm requesting songs. Oh well, good catch. I'll play that one later and you'll see what I mean.
Kix - "Cool Kids"

Holy crap, I could swear that is Robin Zander singing this one!

hehehe..Turbo, I put a Cheap Trick tune in que, so we'll compare in a bit :>)

Kix was from MD and I grew up in Baltimore County, so needless to say, they were huge in our area, even well before they hit it big. My brother and his buddies used to play their stuff all the time and go see their shows (at Maxwells and the Seagull).
I was one of those that really liked some of their tunes, but at the same time couldn't stand some other tunes. This song was great. This is one of those bands that I need to get access to the albums so I can put together my own faves mix cd of their stuff as I really do not want the whole albums. Will have to dig around for some of that.....
Exodus - Climb Before the Fall (5:38)
(By Request)

From: Force of Habit

Song Dedication
Gettin' rust all over me with this one! Has not been played since 9/21/2008. A little shot of Vitamin eX for everyone.
From:
Hutt

Excellent choice, Hutt! But it hasn't been played since three months from now? LOL!!!!
Unchained - Like The Candle (5:55)
From: Unchained

I was unable to rate this song - no counter showed up on it.

It was a decent song - the guitar solo was real great. It really made the song. Coulda been an instrumental.
Rockhead said: "I actually think these threats are meant to scare people into trying to conserve water"

I agree.... Ever since I moved here in 1993, I've heard about the drought... oh no the drought!... yet, there's never actually a shortage of water... the sky is falling!

I'll believe it when I see it... like I turn my faucet on and out pops dust....

Just like that time George Bush said we should conserve gas by staying at home... Yeah, like he stops using Airforce One to save gas while all the "little people" hide away at home, afraid that the sky is falling.

Scare mongering, if you ask me...
Slick - you made my day!!!

Here is what gopherwood is - maybe.
Goes back to Noah's Ark.
Uh...huh, huh...Gopherwood....
Rockhead, If anyone would listen to me we would have a pipeline built & pumping all kinds water your way. You grow our food we'll give you our water....seems fair to me
Dedicated by:
Slick

Slick, I've been saying that same thing for years. If the ancient Romans could build an aqueduct, and we can build the (useless) Pan American Highway, and the Alaska pipeline, why not something to route excess water where it's needed. I agree with you, we'll grow the food - Lord knows we have the labor - and you supply the water.
DragonForce - Dawn Over a New World (5:13)
(By Request)

From: Sonic Firestorm

Wow, that song is not warp speed at all! Cool tune, but always expect to get wind burn when these guys play. Good to see them expanding their sound a bit....
DrK said: "Global warming. What a load of crap. I don't believe that liberal crap as far as I can spit."

:) You got it. Al Gore and his flaming planet ideas have many believing a few, um, inconvenient "facts". DrK, sounds like you'll like this quote from Norman Thomas: "The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of 'liberalism' they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened."

This one is good, too: "We can't expect the American People to jump from Capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving them small doses of Socialism, until they awaken one day to find that they have Communism." - Nikita Khrushchev

Yikes!!
Guns N' Roses - November Rain (12:31) (By Request)

z, no doubt! I saw that and just started laughing out loud! And your quotes about Socialism are spot-on.
> And your quotes about Socialism are spot-on.

Yeah, it's pretty disheartening to read the Communist Manifesto and sit there and realize "All 10 points of Communism are alive and well in America"... maybe not overtly like it has been in other countries, but it's all there. Discouraging realization, but whatya gonna do?
wish we had the Teaser ablum up here too
Dedicated by:
Da314man

Dale,
Are you referring to the band Teaser? I have their album on vinyl, and it rocks!
Hey Turbo & Walt, how about this one from the Fava beans bit...
"I oughta split yo nuts from yous head to da backa yo ass!"

Great stuff!
I just rolled into the cube, and Walt has a morning dose of Vitamin A from the first Annihilator album I ever purchased - so naturally one of my favorite. It's a sign that today is gonna ROCK!

Keep feeding us that Vitamin A and we will all be healthy and wise. :D
As long as I can have my Vitamins F and J, we're good to go, Hutt!
