Haha. I guess I'm younger than you guys, I never got into Lee Aaron. On my wall it was Doro Pesch! (and Lita in my locker at school - lol)

"Jonnie put that gun down" because if you keep listening to this song you are going to shoot yourself. http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-violent007.gif (http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys.php)

You have to wonder... is the mystery member requesting it because they really like it, or because many of us really hate it.

There is no doubt there has been an increase in Dream Theater requests since Grinder complained a couple of weeks ago, so I would go with the latter.

It is 100% because "they" want to annoy us. If we say we hate Nitro (which does get annoying from time to time) then "they" will request them as much as possible! That is why I dont talk about what I hate anymore...

I am slightly older than Keir and I never even heard of Lee Evans until a couple years ago. I did have several Lita posters however.

> Pink Cream 69 - Shelter

Awesome double shot! :hbang1:

:woohoo: Too funny, Rocko! I had thought about doing the same thing.:woohoo:
Thanks Doc. Seriously though, I agree with Dale. If we don't make mention of the music we don't like. Mr. Theater won't know what to annoy us with.

Ummmmm, YES!!! Great block (yes, even Apollo Ra, lol)

Sorry, about that "Obscure Metal Day" comment the other day. Due to my working at client's office daily, my volume goes on and off throughout the day, and on that day, it SEEMED like every time I turned it up, it was an obscure metal request by you. I do like your picks, but it just hit me wrong that day, so I had to request some "Mainstream Metal" to balance it out. So, no worries from DD, mate! :hbang1:

Dammit!!! Now the Hater knows that I...I...I...LOVE OBSCURE Metal, LOL!!!

Mr. Theater is not annoying me. ;)
Ill tell you what Mr. Theater is doing. He is, well Lab said he is not pissing him off but Mr. Theater is requesting DT all day, but only the shortest length songs it seems.

There are only 2 times (aside from going to bed) that i turn off HR80s. Cover Monday (just dont like it) and when DT comes on (turn to Pandora for a while). When i hear DT I always come over and see how long the song is and if i can deal. 3 mins, not so bad, 12 mins then i turn the channel but i noticed the past week it seems the DT songs are 1-2 mins long.

Maybe just a coincidence.

Now you did it!

I like a good mix of obscure and mainstream music and that day, whether it was just coincidence or the fact that I had a slow day at work and managed to fit in 3 blocks of requests, it did seem like a lot of obscure stuff was playing. I suppose that???s one of the disadvantages of having such a huge music library!

Damn.

Well that's a bloody shame Keir & PiMan...Sorry your youth wasn't graced with the Metal Queen...

But, hey! Who's complaining with Doro and Lita?!? :woohoo:
> D:A:D - I Want What She's Got

There is tons of GREAT D:A:D tracks...it is just the 2 albums before the "No Fuel Left For The Pilgrims" album and the one called "Special" that need to be exciled!
> Dream Theater - Paradox from Uncovered 2003-2005

This is my all time favorite Kansas song!!! DT does it very well...Thanks for playing this!!!

I really like D-A-D (afterall I did upload most of their albums to the library), but I agree that their early stuff isn't for everyone nor maybe the HR80s library. Funny thing is that if you hear some of those tunes played on their live albums, they are more rockin' and better. Hmmmm, might have to spin a few.

P.S. Best album is "Helpyourselfish" -- check it out! Maybe an AOTD soon...
