> Not crazy about this version of Anthrax's "Gung Ho". Would much rather hear the Spreading the Disease version. Are they just attempting to play it as fast as possible?

I really thought Jon Bush made them weak anyway...He was good in Armored Saint, but Joey is Anthrax!
remember when this was THE ONLY album (or 8-track) you needed to have?

Damn! Do I know that! It's been crazy for me the entire month of May. As much as I like the long weekend, the short week plays hell with all I've got to do.
This song is for Latroy Hawkins. Nice pitching performance last night, punk!

About like Carlos Marmol last night. It was cold in Chi last night: coats, hats and gloves were out. He goes to the mound and was throwing to the left, to the right, up top, down low - like there was a forcefield around the strike zone.

Thankfully Kerry Wood was on his game - or it would have been a disaster!! Shout out to Gally for getting another major league win - and to think I was hanging with him in AA last year - HEHEHEHEHEHEHE
Where is the Cubs AA team? Is that Daytona?
Nope -
Low A is in Peoria Il
High A is in Daytona
AA in in Kodak Tenn
AAA in Des Moines Iowa
They also have guys on IR in Mesa AZ all year
Wow, a girl who knows the difference between Low A and High A. I'm impressed.

Thank you!!!

I love my Cubbies and have been involved with the minor leagus since 2000.
Care to play a little baseball trivia?
OK - I am game, but I don't do stats, and if it isn't the Cubs farm teams, I probably do not have a clue.
HEHEHEHE

Try me - - - - -

I was referring to the song title.

Made me think of those books. I just ordered the latest one.
Cool - I am sure I will read is eventually. I have read so many JP books.

Didn't he also do the Christopher Snow books?? I never did find the 3rd one there. The 1st or 2nd was called Seize the Night, I think.
I'll give you an easy one. The Cubs that revolutionized the double play were what three players?
That was Dean Koontz. I've read all of his stuff too. In fact, books are like music in my house. I'm running out of space to put both. Time to get more shelving.
Turbo, it was Who, What and I Don't Know. LOL!

I hear that - when I moved, I pulled out all the books and left the sports stuff in boxes.

Turbo - let me stew on that and see what I might come up with. Anyone else who want to play b-ball trivia, be my guest!!

Did anyone watch the CUbs game last night?? Chin-Lun Hu played. He is the 1st major leager to ever have a 2 letter last name. AND when he hit a single - they announced that ---

Hu was on first!!!
HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE

Love Suts - glad he is back and feeling better.
Good one, Andie! And I think Abner Doubleplay was one of the guys...
