You guys did good on #5 also. But DD got the bonus! American Graffiti is correct for #2!
John Milner (Paul LeMot) while driving his '32 hot rod down the strip turns off the radio when the Beach Boys tune comes on then says "Music has gone down hill ever since Buddy Holly died..." to his passenger who happens to be a very young Mackenzie Phillips.

I know #3 is al pacino in Heat. Great movie! YOU'VE GOT YOUR HEAD ALL THE WAY UP IT! cracks me up every time (in fact i rewind it a million times every time I watch it)
