Yeah, I always thought this was one of their better releases. I worked with someone at the time this came out that was totally disappointed with what he called their secular direction. To me, it just rocked.

Crazy Lixx "Hell Or High Water"
Love this song and band! There are so many glam bands coming from Sweden, but these guys are at the top of the chain as far as I'm concerned.

Thanks! One of my favorites as well. This song in particular always reminds me of that crazy old guy in the album sleeve.

See the album cover for this song? Walt's old bass payer from Stentorian is the bottom right.
Just wanted to pass that on since he did not . . .

Lanfear - Dispraise (4:18)
(By Request)
From: Another Golden Rage
This album sure is a gem that snuck by us for a bit. I try to keep up with the latest power and epic metal, but there really is a flood of bands out there and it can get a bit repetative at times, but some bands have an original fresh sound that stands out from the crowd. I get that from this band...need to dig this album up real soon...

DragonForce - Revolution DeathSquad (7:53)
(By Request)
From: Inhuman Rampage
I know some folks do not like "hyper" metal, but man that pumps me up! I'm sitting here, crunching numbers and nodding along at warp speed. Love it!
Thanks Pieman!!!

I'm on your side with regards to Dragonforce. Just as awesome in concert, too! As I was saying on Chat, I can't believe the drummer doesn't die of a heart attack because of how fast he plays.

Walt, I think he uses triggers to make it sound like he's playing faster than he really is. I do like Dragonforce, though they're songs are a bit too long and kind of sound the same after a while.

According to the queue we have a double-shot of Van Halen coming up. How'd that happen?
> An awesome cover of a Kinks classic that VH took over. Hey ADMIN, maybe a double-shot with Eruption before this tune?!? They go together like PB&J.
> From:
> Diamond Dave
AHA! It's true, neither sounds as good without the other.

The ADMIN & "The Powers That Be" can make anything possible. Thanks to Chris and/or Phoenix for making that VH double shot possible. It was so sweet -- you just gotta hear them together...ALWAYS!!!
