Exactly. I too once worked for a company that had to follow strict Affirmative Action guidelines. What a joke it became.

Its the city of Madison. The more liberal you are the more you'll fit in. Everything has to be politically correct and you cant offend anyone....well its ok to offend white males but we deserve it because we've offended the whole world for thousands of years so now its our turn to suffer.

I don????????t think you need to go back thousands of years.... just a couple hundred. Back to a time when, as some believe, all white males lived on plantations and owned slaves AND that we have a debt to repay because of that.
Being born and raised in the South, I????????ve heard that crap my whole life.
My family tree has no plantation owners... no slaves... they were just starving peasants from eastern Europe that came here to work their asses off. That????????s why the whole bash the white guy thing pisses me off.
