> Song Dedication Nice, I have been wanting to check out this rare one. Was interesting when Stryper crossed that line to the lime light how other "god-rock" bands got signed. Cool thing was, quite a few were pretty darn good including Holy Soldier, Mass and Guardian. Let's see how this one is :>)

in my opinion they were really really good! I was jammin the album in the car with my daughter and she asked if it was a rare Lizzy Borden album since the sound is soooo similar (for some reason she loves Lizzy after being introduced to the old school stuff)

I'll let you know, I'm still lining up the bands! Not getting much of a response yet...
Stephen Pearcy - Out Of The Cellar (3:59)

From:
Before and Laughter

WTF is up with Ratt and anyone associated with it (Pearcy) putting out these live albums that sound like they were recorded on a cassette memo taker? Ridiculous.

Nemesis is the band that later became Candlemass. Many of these songs were later rerecorded on Candlemass albums.
Ahhhhh! Thanks, Keir!

Song Dedication
For my kid. He's going to a Penn State kicking camp this weekend and we've gone out about 5 times to get his leg in shape. Last night he kicked two 50 yard field goals. Last year he never made anything past 45. I guess his leg is ready!
From:
Black Lab

Bl, that's awesome! Best of luck to your son! Two 50-yarders are damned good! Oh, and thanks for extra Annihilator dose, too!

I see your 401K is coming along nicely too.

Best of luck!

Is looking to play for Penn State?
I knew you'd like the extra dose!

Yeah, the thing is my son wants to play baseball in college. He's a smart kid, hopefully he does the math: hitting .220 for his legion team right now vs. kicking 50 yard field goals with no formal training! Seems like a no-brainer to me.
He would actually love to go to PSU. My parents had football season tickets for 40 years and he grew up at Penn State games. Like I said in my other post, he said he wants to play baseball but a .220 average won't get you into a DI program - even Penn State! Football may be the ticket.

Last year was his first time ever kicking for football. He's always played soccer (and still does - during football season) and has had no training for kicking a football. He was good enough to earn Honorable Mention in our local paper's all-area team.

We'll see what kind of feedback he gets this weekend.

Prince has a DT logo tatoo in is arm pit?
> Dedicated to Jim Joyce. He's the Ump that blew the call on Armando Galarraga's perfect game last night

Yeah, how 'bout that? Took that guy's once-in-a-lifetime moment away. At least he had the balls to apologize to him face-to-face.
So steroids must have had a huge influence on baseball with all these perfect and near perfect games being tossed...it is barely June and already we have had some amazing performances by pitchers all over the place.

My hometown guy Jimenez is pitching his ass off and on his way to the best season ever by a Rockies pitcher let alone in baseball history.

Give the batters a little juice...maybe allow some pinetar or cork???

I know, in all sports, we some crappy calls, but this baseball season seems to be loaded with them this year. Ok, they are human, and seeing this stuff in real time, but when you see the playbacks of most of these calls, they are missing by a mile...and more often than not. Everynight on MLB QuickPitch there is two or three calls that are very debatable. Just last night I saw a strike zone that went all the way to the dirt and at the batters knee..really?

Oh and Slick, the O's are still really sucky, but hey, the Nats are at least kicking ass!

Too funny, the O's are not only the worst team in baseball, they are the worst team in the history of baseball. And the Brewers aren't a whole lot better. Luckily we have the Madison Mallards. Tomorrow nights game is Star Wars night with a guest appearance by Anakin Skywalker. For $26.00 you can sit in the duck blind and eat and drink all you want. You want 10 brats and 12 beers, its included in the price.

hmm, another instance of a song that hammerfall covered on "Masterpieces" in which I like the cover better than the original. it just rocks more.

Song was not dedicated

In fact, this song was indeed dedicated. As has become the norm, SAM boned me again.

Hey Rock...Just checked into this...Your request is still in the que to be added in...so it looks like sam picked it 'randomly' and your request will still play, although now, not for a while :( ...I'm not sure how random it is, but look into sam's logic a little bit - but it may be coincidence. I'll keep an eye out on future instances like this, too to see if there is something else going on...I've also made a change to the database settings so that may help eliminate that from causing an issue with updates. Side ntoe: You will probably have to login after I restarted the service...
Thanks Chris! I did in fact have to log in again, but it's all good. :)
Steelheart - Garden of Delight (4:44)

Ummm... :?: I'm just not sure what to make of this song. Sure as hell sounds as if it should be played on a smooth jazz or pop station somewhere. Not here, though.
