Love this cover of VH by Annihilator!!!!
I did, too but did it skip?
Damn, Dale! Between you and me we made one hell of a thrash block (and a little Lynch Mob thrown in) , with some nice F&J courtesy of DeadlydfG!
for sure....needed the pick me up...and you bumped my anni pick too
Sorry about that! More for later!
Ever wonder why Lincoln faces right on a penny while the other presidents face left on other coins? Nah, nobody else does either.

My guess is that because Lincoln was one seriously ugly dude everyone was always saying turn around Lincoln so I dont have to look at you and thats why he was always facing the other way.

Music is being added daily, might I suggest a few missing bands; Satan, Blink Fury, Nuclear Assault, Raven, Atrophy, Forbidden, Vio-lence, Sodom, Dark Angel, Venom and MOD. I remember listening to these bands in the 80s not Mad Magrit.

No offense to you, DrK, as you always play great tunes but we all do our parts to upload music. If you have any of these releases, why don't you upload them instead of putting the onus on others on the station?

I beg to differ. Listen to what is referred to simply as "Intro" on Lou Reed's Rock & Roll Animal album. That was years ahead of it's time. Let's not forget Eruption and Without Warning either.

Not that DrK needs to be defended, but many of the bands he listed have already been uploaded, and have been sitting in their upload folders for quite some time. :?
If that's the case, then they need to be uploaded!
Don't know about the others but I've had some Raven and Venom in my folder for a few months now. Before the crash I had 2 Sodom LPs in my folder for years that never got added.

I've been having trouble with my home computer lately, but I'll be getting a new one soon and when I do I'd be happy to upload most of those. When they get added to the station is anybody's guess.
Cool Kiss cover block DD! I wanted to do a Beatles cover block, but I couldn't find enough good tracks that were available.

Thanks Keir. I was surprised how easy a KISS cover tune block was to do. I wanted to hear that Hair of the Dog tune and I like that Kip Winger cover, and the rest just fell into place ;)

Thanks Slick! I probably could have found 5 tracks but the ones I was looking for, like Eleanor Rigby (either the Realm or Sacred Rite versions) or Trouble????????s version of Come Together, aren????????t on the station and Helloween and Ozzy were unavailable at the time.

And those would have been much better selections than the ones that i picked! But no there wasn't very much available, I was scrambling towards the end. If I had to do a 6 song block I don't think I would have been able to find another song.

Ironskulls, looks like we better find something else to do this summer other than watch baseball! Orioles are like 80 games under 500 and theyve only played like 30 games...Brewers and Cubbies aren't doing much better.

Slick, yea O's totally blow, and it's not like they do not have any talent on the team. Cubbies..all I have to say is wtf? Your Brewers started out good, thought they were going to contend, but fell off pretty quick. Since I have been going down to some of the games in DC I have been watching the Nationals also, and what an improvement this year! They are only like 2 games out of first behind the Philleys. They sure figured something out at that club, by shifting coaches, manager and some of the players. So it's off toDc again this season :>)
