You and me both.
Interesting note: I heard a sound byte of Joe Biden speech, in which he quoted his running mate, Osama - I mean Obama. I will paraphrase: "As Barrack has said, one of the most important issues of this campaign boils down to a single, three-letter word. Jobs. J-O-B-S! Jobs."
Three letters? Methinks Mr. Biden needs a little schoolin'.

Great Forbidden choice, dfG!
When Chelsea Clinton, asked a returning US Soldier about fear. He said that there were only three things he was afraid of: ???????Osama, Obama, and Yo???????? Mama.??????

These guys are all in league together...democrat vs republican is a sham lie to fool the voters into thinking something will change. There's no difference between the two parties because the same crap keeps happening.
daddy Bush bombed the middle east, clinton bombed the middle east, stupid bush bombed the middle east, etc. - and this is just one issue of many where things remain the same no matter what you want to call the 'party'
"I have never seen more Senators express discontent with their jobs....I think the major cause is that, deep down in our hearts, we have been accomplices in doing something terrible and unforgiveable to our wonderful country. Deep down in our heart, we know that we have given our children a legacy of bankruptcy. We have defrauded our country to get ourselves elected." - John Danforth (R-Mo)

You got it...unfortunately, most people are fooled every time, you know?
However, I believe with everything in me that more and more people are waking up to what's really going on in this country, and maybe more importantly what the criminal "leaders" (I hate that word because they're not MY leaders) are doing across the globe in the name of the American people (who, if we all really knew what was going on in our name out there may finally decide to do something to create real change).
As each person wakes up to the criminal dealings of those "in charge", things will turn around.

I saw Cold Sweat on Ace Frehley's '89 tour when it stopped at The Palace (now The Avalon) in Hollywood. They tore it up that night. They were in the middle of a bill that had Lord Tracy as openers. If only they would have come out about a year earlier, they might have lasted a mite longer..

The problem is, the inmates are running the asylum. They make the rules to benefit themselves. For instance, we're not supposed to have a two-party system, but the republicrats have made it nearly impossible for third parties to get elected. If they manage to do get elected, they have no power and they are out the door the next election. And if you are an "honest" democrat or republican you either have to go with the flow or you are out the door. And not only is this how it is in federal and state governments, but it is becoming that way at the local and school board level! Scary. :(

you got it...but nothing can change until more and more people awaken from the false "movie" playing across our TV screens (or telescreens as Orwell so finely predicted). People need to hear what the TV says and then understand that just the opposite is true. I've investigated the truth about Iraq and the stories of civilian death and maimings are appalling and make you want to cry, but all we see on the telescreens is how great everything is.
As far as schools go, every American should be required to read this book...

It's very long, but I've read the entire thing and it's an amazing eye-opener. You can actually download free at the above link, so no excuses. :)
